Last-gasp Owen wins thriller
owen strike twice in 5 minutes b4 game ends..
England striker Michael Owen put 87 minutes of virtual anonymity behind him with a two goal salvo to give his team a dramatic 3-2 victory over Argentina in Geneva, Switzerland. Hernan Crespo and Walter Samuel twice put Argentina in front, with Wayne Rooney scoring England's first goal, but in a dramatic finale Owen headed home crosses from Steven Gerrard and Joe Cole..........
p.s:one of the classic match tht i would sacrifice my weekend for it..althought they won by 3-2 but thn i didn't expected will won it frm behind twice..i duno wat's on Eriksson's mind..putting a defender King in mid-field position..rely on peter crouch..putting Young at right-back..anyway..de match since to be beter while joe cole was sub in for King...eweli1 started aggresive..
sweet revenge again for David Beckham for his 50th cap as captain..but there still a long way to go if they wan conquer World Cup 2006 ~ !!
